Congress Meeting!

27 08 2009

Dear CFP members and “guest viewers”,

I am calling for a congress meeting today, which acting Head of Congress Bleumissy has approved. The purpose of this meeting is to get settled into Congress, to assign parties and fractions in the House(s), to familiarize ourselves with the  ranks (especially the new people that have joined from FGR) and many more topics that can be dealt with there. But most importantly the current situation with other armies, the loss of troops and the future of RPF. I won’t releave any more due to the multiple acts enforced by oaths.

What? A three-week overdue congress meeting!

Where? http://xat.com/USRPFcongress (approved)

When? Today, 27 August, 2009 at around 1 p.m. PST (+/- 30 minutes tolerance level); est. dur.: 1 hour

Why? Because Congress is an active and integral part of successful nations!

Who? Congressmen, Executives, special guests and myself!

Sincerely,

Ziehen, CFP Chairman, Air Force Warlord, MC

Party Suffers Two Big Losses

27 08 2009

Edit: After discussions with my Vice Chairman and the new status of the Secretary General amongst RPF, I have decided to revive the Party. Yeah, it’s only been ten minutes … whatever. The Act doesn’t have any time restrictions. Long live the CFP and its future congressmen!

Dear CFP members,

As you probably already have heard, Dj and Fiasco121 both retired last week, one for different reasons than the others. Dj retired because he felt betrayed by the disrespect of his once loyal comrades, and his comrades feel betrayed by him. He is now active in UMA and happy. Fiasco121 retired because he wanted to go on with life and found RPF too unadventurous for his needs.

Anyway, the CFP has lost two-thirds of its voting power in Congress. We are technically down to 14% (instead of 11%, as the new two congressmen haven’t been elected yet). But that is only a small happy note, and since the bad effects are carrying over, both politically and mentally, I have chosen the following option:

The Conservative Federalist Party of the United Servers of the Rebel Penguin Federation (CFP) shall be dissolved today, on Thursday, 27 August, 2009, at 16:43 GMT (4:43 p.m. GMT). All party members shall be compensated with the option to join the Air Force Commanding Officers section, if wished so. The Party is inactive until the founder and director of the legal entity, Ziehen, revives it according to the Political Party Act of the United Servers of the Rebel Penguin Federation.

x_Ziehen

Well, I guess that’s it. I don’t think it has an advantagious function in Congress if I vote as one man with a party or without.

Sincerely,

Ziehen, former CFP Chairman, Air Force Warlord, MC without party

Sergie is the Newest Vice Chairman

20 08 2009

Dear CFP members,

I apologize for the long pause in between posts. This was due to a vacation of my family and me in Central Europe (south of Germany) for ten days – but I’m back.

Anyways, Sergie is also back and has joined the party. I have placed him as Vice Chairman, as I know that he is competent for this position and always ready to run the party in case I’m gone. (Vice Chairmen, I noticed you didn’t do much during the 10 days. On my next vacation in a few days or a week, you’re expected to do SOMETHING HELPFUL.)

Political quote of the day (translated freely by myself):

“Hol mir mal ne Flasche Bier, sonst streik ich und mach gar nichts mehr.”

(Get me a bottle of beer, or else I’ll strike and won’t do anything. – Gerhard Schröder, Chancellor 98-05)

Sincerely,

Ziehen, CFP Chairman, Air Force Warlord, MC

Dj Elected Congressman

12 08 2009

Dear CFP members,

Yesterday (or so, since I wasn’t on yesterday) Dj was announced as third CFP Congressman (out of nine). Amitc87 was voted in as the 9th and final congressman, having been second in the tie-breaker poll. The CFP now covers 33.3% in Congress, which is a more-than-ideal start for an opposition party in the first term. I’m still on vacation in Österreich and am not able to cover any more IT work due to the WLAN connection and laziness associated with vacation status and mood. xD

Sincerely,

Ziehen, Air Force Warlord, CFP Chairman, MC

Ranks Structure as of the 7th

7 08 2009

Dear CFP members,

The top executive spots have been filled as projected. Here the list followed by explanations of what the person does:

Chairman

Chairman – Ziehen

Executives

Secretary General - Casiusbrutus

Vice Chairman - Dj, Fiasco121

———————————————————–

Members

Member – Hamthy

————————————————————————————–

Party Member Possessing And/Or Running For Political Offices

Legislative

Congressman – Fiasco121 MC, VCM, Ziehen MC, CM (both elected – 34% pop., 16%/18%  each resp.)

Executive

Pending

Judicial

Pending

—————————————————————————–

Chairman: The Chairman is obviously the leader and head of the “Board of Executives”. In this case, he is me (I am Ziehen) and also the founder of this Party. The chairman does, other than expected by most of you, not the day-to-day work (business deals, advertising, etc.), but rather political executive work for the party. In an internal party meeting, his say is the final say and the party goes with it. A chairman can be voted out of the party at party meetings by a simple majority of the members. (But throwing out the founder by force is a little cold-blooded, don’t you think?) The Chairman is the candidate for Leadership by default, however, this can be changed at meetings.

Secretary General: There are good reasons why the Secretary General is ranked above the Vice Chairman. He is the one who handles the day-to-day affairs (see above) and is expected to follow the Chairman’s orders. The Secretary General is commonly requested to follow the Chairman’s political agenda, and if need be, pledge for additonal support at party meetings. Some see him as powerful as the Chairman on day-to-day basis (excluding meetings); however, the Secretary General is asked not to run for “big” political offices, but rather to stay loyal to the party, his position and internal affairs. He is the “inside man”. (But he still can run for office if he insists, however, the Chairman might discharge him from THIS party position.)

Vice Chairman - The Vice Chairman does not have any “top” executive duties or privileges, but has proven that he can take over the duties of Chairman at any time if need be. Since he is not pre-occupied with internal party duties, he has the freedom to run for multiple political offices and possess them. One could say he is the “political office man”. He is expected to follow the politics of the Chairman and forward them onto his political office, especially if he is the executive of a local government (governor).

Member – The member can be a congressman, someone who holds another political office, or just a plain supporter. The member has a common vote just like other members or superior members at party meetings. The member is expected to vote CFP – this of course applies to ALL members. Depending on loyalty factor and time already spent in the party, he may have special privileges, such as editorship on the site or ownership on the chat. This is possible through great and obvious support for the Chairman and the initiatve to run for political offices as a CFP member.

Sincerely,

Ziehen, CFP Chairman

P.S. I added all members of the Board of Executives to the site as editor.

Vote Dj, or else! xD

Big Victory for CFP in Congress Election!

7 08 2009

Dear CFP members,

the CFP scored a big victory yesterday in the election. By the time Furbur27 announced the closure of the poll, there were around 50 votes in total (concluded by observing that the percentage points were twice as high as votes). Here the final results:

1. Ziehen 18%

2. Fiasco121 16%

3. Karakoran 12%

4. Elitesof 10%

5. Alex N 6%

5. Clear Ice 42 6%

—————————————————

It means that CFP received about 34% of the votes and has at least 22.2% of the voting rights of Congress (2/9). And if Dj gets the final “ticket” for the 9th spot in Congress, we’ll have 33.3% of the voting rights of Congres s (3/9). Although I cannot guarantee his current official membership in the Party, I’m sure Fiasco121 and I can settle it within the week. Vote Dj!

Current “play-off” congress poll results, as of Friday, 7 August, 2009 at 9:33 GMT:

1. Dj 40%

2. Amitc87 20%

3. Bleu Missy 15%

3. Oberst 15%

4. Apocolypse66 5%

4. Yo4848 5%

Sincerely,

Ziehen, CFP Chairman and MC (Member of Congress)

Fiasco121 joins the Party / CFP Congress Results Double

6 08 2009

Dear CFP members,

I have very pleasing news for you. About ten minutes ago, Fiasco121 joined the party. We are making great progress in transferring the merger idea into a fully functional political party. The only one missing now is Dj, but I’m sure we’ll see him join us, too, within the week. Fiasco121 and I are tied at first place with Karakoran – all at 6 votes as of 13:17 GMT.

THE CFP CURRENTLY HOLDS 32,4% IN CONGRESS.

Vote Ziehen and Fiasco121!

Wow! That is more than I could have expected. I set the goal at 20%. Keep voting, CFP and see the results of opposition strength once the congress settles in!

Sincerely,

Ziehen, CFP Chairman, on behalf of the CFP, I welcome Secretary General Fiasco121!

Vote Ziehen!

6 08 2009

Dear CFP members,

Vote Ziehen for a stronger CFP!

We’re Back: Stronger Than Ever!

4 08 2009

Dear CFP members,

I, CFP Chairman Ziehen, return to you with good news – the best we’ve ever had! The following is only theory and a proposal for Dj and his supporters, but I’ll share it with you anyway.

Dj, Fiasco121, and I have all merged into one big group. We’ve campaigned together, we’ve shared supporters, sites, worldviews. The next step was for all of us to be leaders. That was quickly rejected by the “Big Three”: Furbur27, Kyle Cease, and written bullshit – uh, pardon – the Constitution. We then nominated Dj for leader. This is where we stand.

Furbur 19 / Dj (“and friends”) 10.

Surprisingly, Furbur27 has lost 14 percentage points in less than twenty-four hours. We have, on the other hand, have gained 7 percentage points. So that closed down the gap  in percentage points by 21. Keep going: we still have two days -  if Furbur27 isn’t a sadistic lying bastard!

So here the plan: Dj, Fiasco121, and I, along with the familiar Deputy Chairman Casiusbrutus shall re-establish the CFP and be stronger than ever. We shall use our common worldviews and goals to represent the oppositioners’ wants and needs to the best of our abilities. We shall encourage everyone in the party to run for offices in the government, most specifically congressman. I want everyone to run for congressman – and if you get rejected due to lacking requirement, don’t be upset! Stand strong as you are still a party member and vote for your comrades if they are eligible to run!

I still have to discuss the subject with Dj and Fiasco121, but I’m sure that the basic plan will stick.

Sincerely,

Ziehen, CFP Chairman, Vote Dj ’til the bitter end!
