I will join x]] but I think RPF failed because of many reasons, 1] Commando retired and made ‘Commando Corp’ and many good, good people went with him. 2] Kyle made efforts to rebuild it, but people got lazy and slacked off. 3] People don’t find interest in Club Penguin anymore, I have to order people to go on Club Penguin, now I know how that one can change, someone that everyone looks up too, respects, and wants to be-like, so whatever he does they want to do. So if that person goes on Club Penguin they will go on Club Penguin. 4] Kyle isnt encouraging to other people, so they don’t want to help rebuild RPF. Kyle is doing a good job, but not good enough.
